smartSense solutions is looking for a versatile and experienced business analyst, we are looking for someone who is having in depth understanding of requirement gathering and can understand the project objectives based on the initial requirement.
Job Description:
Responsible for requirements gathering, documentation, defining solutions towards business requirements, estimations and liaising with sales, management and technical team
Understand the project objectives based on initial requirements based on functional as well as technical point of view
Requirement elicitation - Direct interaction with customer to gather requirements and understand their business requirements
Knowledge on different enterprise segments and their process structures
Work closely with sales team to understand the business requirements to convert business requirements into scope document
Should be able to create wireframe and system flow - Experience with wireframing tools such as Axure, Figma, Sketch, etc. to create clickable prototypes
Significant experience in documenting requirements and preparing Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Documents
Involvement in complete end-to-end software development cycle in various phases like planning, sprint creation, backlog grooming, unit testing, demonstration and training sessions
Change request documentation, prioritization and updation in stories
Knowledge of Project Management tools like JIRA, Trello, Basecamp and slc
Strong organizational skills, work independently
Enhancement recommendations to the solution to added-value
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in B.E./B.Tech (CE/IT), Master’s degree in MCA, M.Tech. MBA would be a bonus.
