Measure key recruitment metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-hire, cost per hire, cost savings, etc.
Source and match candidates to defined profiles for specific open requisitions & create a pool of candidate data from job portals across different professional networks like: LInkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com, etc.
Good knowledge of social media hiring.
Planning interviews, selection procedure and scheduling interviews for specific job openings.
Capable of creating a strong talent pipeline for the companies existing and future hiring requirements.
Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, on company’s website and on various professional network platforms.
Compiling collective feedback of the interview from the technical team and adding details to the companies recruitment record.
Recruitment & Selection
2+ years of experience working in a corporate as a Talent Acquisition specialist.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with minimum supervision
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science. MBA would be Bonus.
